We are more than happy to gift wrap your order! Please check the "gift wrap" box before adding product to your cart. We are also happy to add a handwritten note; just let us know what you would like to say in the notes section located in your cart.

{Damages}

We do our very best to prevent damage to items during shipping, however items are occasionally damaged. Should this happen, it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and immediately contact purveyor@watsonkennedy.com, including photos of the damages. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us in original condition, within 14 days of receiving the item, for store credit.

Unless the return is a result of our error or damage in shipping, we do not credit original or return shipping costs.
