The Joy of Cherry Tomatoes

With cherry tomatoes being at their most abundant and tasty, eating them just as they are totally works. To gild the lily, try them whole. A little dunk on the bottom while you hold the stem in some extra virgin olive oil to get it a bit wet, then another little dunk in the best sea salt you can get your hands on. The mix of the two adding to the perfect-ness that is the cherry tomato.
