These Partanna pitted olives are produced by the Asaro Brothers Company in Partanna, Sicily. Castelvetrano olives are picked by hand by their organic farm. They are jarred pitted just with a touch of Mediterranean Sea salt to maintain the unique color and taste They are great for appetizers or added to a salad!
