Minasso Picholine olives were handled from harvest to packaging. After a suitable ripening in brine, olives are deprived of their kernel and preserved in brine making them absolutely delicious.

Minasso produces many different varieties of olives. These Picholine olives are tasty green olives slightly lengthened and very fleshy, suitable in a great variety of ways. I would happily toss two into a martini and sip away at WestWard.
