A Multitasking Table

Our 1863 French fruitwood dining table is a workhorse. Case in point, yesterday as sat at it in the morning working away on paperwork for the shops after having breakfast sitting there. Then a quick lunch. I then shot a vignette for the upcoming book that was set on the table. Supper was roasted chicken breast and carrots nestled up next to a baked potato. The above a quick setting I put together for the meal. So the majority of the day I spent at the table. The orange roses in a Murano tumbler alongside a burning Trudon candle and new Henry Dean (more on these later) tealight vessels from Belgium kept me company all along the way. I love multipurpose furniture. It allows you to be creative in your living space so you end up enjoying every part of your home in a variety of ways.
